Canada's Wild Plants: Edible, Medicinal and Toxic by Kate MacQuarrie on ZOOM
Canada has hundreds of edible, medicinal, and toxic wild plants. This illustrated presentation explores more than 40 species through all seasons, including how to find, identify, and use them. From popular wild foods such as Fiddleheads and Serviceberries to lesser known (but delicious) things such as Alder Pepper and Evening Primrose root, and medicinals such as Yarrow and Ghost Pipe, this presentation packs a lot into an hour. You'll never look at the land around you the same way again!
